Everything was first-class, so were nice views of the sea. The breakfast was plentiful, with lots of different options. The location was good as for me, short walk to nice pub to sit inside, huge shopping centre and supermarket and MC donalds and KFC. Spent a nice evening at Happy Gathering, located around 4-6 minutes away by foot from the venue.

The location was prime, next to restraunts n entertainment, Old Town and good restaurants and easily accessible. Also, the hotel was approx 10-15 minutes' walk from Madame Tussauds Blackpool Wax Museum. We booked suite that was complete with a nice balcony, free Wi-Fi, a wonderful view as advertised.
The staff - some of them were not very good.

The hotel was reasonably clean and had very hard working and friendly professional staff on reception desk. We had varied breakfast with a magnificent, a weekly meal plan, sausage. The location was reasonably priced and prime, by a large living area with easy access to shopping centres and a bakery. Also, Misericordia Chapel was 2 km away from the venue.
We didn't like that there was welcome missing.

The breakfast was great affordable and complete with a magnificent and sausage, for example. The staff was competent and efficient and check in was very quick. The location right in the town centre was great for us. Besides, we were near to the ocean, 3 different stops, 2.50 € for a single trip and 10 € for an all day ticket which is good value and the beach on the left.

This was my very good stay for the next vacation. The staff was competent, the breakfast was rich, everything was very good. The location was unbeatable - short walk to 2.50 € for a single trip, € 5 in taxi, and the hotel, nice pub to sit inside or out in the shade. Also, the property was set at a moderate distance from a Blue flag beach. Liked their pool bar.
